Refunds

The short version

You can get a refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason, wherever you are. Your right to use the pages, copy and design we made ends with the refund, so we refund you once they’re taken down. If you haven’t approved a design yet, there’s nothing to take down and we refund you straight away.

1. Asking for a refund

You can ask for a refund for any reason within 14 days of the day you paid, counted in London time: if you paid on 1 November, until the end of 15 November. Email hello@virtascend.com, or reply to any of our emails, from the address you ordered with, or give us your order’s reference. Your request counts from when you send it. We reply within 1 working day.

2. If you haven’t approved a design yet

There’s nothing to take down, so we refund you straight away, within 1 working day of your asking.

3. If you’ve approved a design

Your right to use the pages, copy and design we made ends with the refund, so we refund you once they’re taken down:

• if your funnel is still only on our account, we take it down and refund you;
• if you’ve copied it into your account, delete it there and tell us, and we refund you once its pages are offline.

You need to ask within the 14 days. The refund itself can come later, once the pages are down. If they’re still online 30 days after you asked, we’ll take it that you’ve decided to keep your funnel, and your request lapses. We’ll remind you a week before.

4. How you’re refunded

We refund the whole price, $497, to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and keep nothing back. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 working days. If your bank converted your payment from US dollars, the amount you get back in your own currency may differ a little, since exchange rates change.

5. If we can’t build it

If we can’t build your funnel, or we end our agreement before we’ve sent you the link to it, we refund you in full, whenever that is, as parts 5 and 14 of our Terms explain.

6. After the 14 days

After 14 days, you can’t get a refund just because you’ve changed your mind. For 30 days after launch we fix anything that breaks or doesn’t work as agreed, free. If we can’t build your funnel, part 5 above still applies, and if we don’t do what our Terms promise, part 13 of our Terms says what we’re responsible for.

7. Before a chargeback

If something’s wrong, please email us before you ask your bank to reverse the payment. We reply within 1 working day, and a refund from us is quicker.

8. Your rights

This policy is part of our Terms. If the law where you live gives you more, such as a consumer’s right to cancel, you have that too: this policy doesn’t take away any right the law gives you.
